I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Illinois, Georgia, Virginia, and Maryland and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I received my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University and have nearly 10 years of clinical experience in traditional outpatient and community settings.

My approach to treatment is strength-based, meaning that I believe every client has the ability to create change for her, him, or themself. Thus, my role as a therapist is to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space in which my clients are supported and empowered to embark on a journey towards changing their lives for the better.

I also provide AAMFT Approved Supervision to licensure seeking therapists and AAMFT Approved Mentorship to licensed therapists seeking the approved supervisor designation.
